Don't Slow Down

Still grinding hard and putting in hours to meet my goals this week. If I can maintain this pace I'll smash it without much problem. I'm really having a great time tweaking my game and just plugging away and getting in a ton of games. I'm picking up on a ton of things and things are starting to make more sense, which makes the number of tables I'm currently playing more relaxed, which means I could possibly add more tables later. For this week I'll stick with what I've got going on now.

I've had this kayak ordered in for me. If it's as solid as it is sleek-looking I'll probably end up buying it and may possibly set out to use it this weekend. It looks like a pretty cool kayak and I've been hunting for one for a couple months now.

I'm also mulling over getting a cellphone contract with a data plan to act as a backup internet source. I want an iPhone for many reasons, one including needing to replace my current iPod. I might be a sucker and go for the newest model that's releasing, but I'm not sure yet. I'm gonna spec them and see if it's worth the price difference. I know the 8GB model is going down the $99, and their new model 16GB is going to be $199, all on 3 year contracts. The 3 years makes me want to vomit a little, but it really is a great phone line from my experience with it. The extra 8GB of music alone makes me tempted to go for the upper-model, but what the fuck am I going to store 16GB of on an iPhone? My music collection in its entirety may exceed that perhaps, but the entire collection wouldn't be for everywhere listening. I dunno...

After looking at some stuff on the new model, it might be worth the cash for the extra 8GB and added functionality. Bleh I'm hyped for the launch now. Marketing has won again. Oh well... it should be a great camera, phone, backup internet, map, compus, whatever. This means I'll just skip getting a mini HD camera for now, the iPhone one looks to be pretty great now.

Anyways I'm about to pass out and get some Zzzs. We went for a walk yesterday and it was pretty relaxing. I think we're gonna go tonight since the weather's been so great. I manage this zombie grind lifestyle hours with real life people work hours pretty well, I'm able to be up before she gets home and with shorter hours for her there's more time to do things. It's a great thing, so I don't mind adjusting my own schedule. My lifestyle affords me some flexibility in that regard.
